Miguel’s career spans over 30 years of multidimensional business process experience.

He is the co-founder and former Chief Commercial Officer for C3/CustomerContactChannels, and the former President of C3’s Performance Optimization Division, the Company’s innovations and advisory arm.

Part of a team that led the turnaround of a publicly traded Aegis Communication Group

He was also the SVP of Strategic Planning for PRC, working on countless implementation projects, emerging technology initiatives, and site selection/global expansions.

Miguel has significant experience in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Technology, Communications, Travel/Hospitality, and Automotive, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
