Ken Epstein has over 30 years of experience designing multi-channel CX solutions for global companies. Ken was the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer for C3/CustomerContactChannels from 2004 – 2017.

He is an industry recognized sales executive with deep experience in the BPO and CX industries. For nearly three decades, Ken has worked closely delivering multi- faceted omni-channel communication solutions for many of the world’s most customer focused companies, and a specialist in the Healthcare industry.

Prior to founding C3, Ken was with Aegis BPO, where he was a key member of the company’s significant turnaround. Before joining Aegis, he was Vice President of Sales for PRC before and after the firm’s acquisition by IAC/InterActiveCorp.
