Rick Ferry is a Partner of P3, a global performance management and contact center advisory firm. Prior to P3, Rick was the Co-Founder and CEO of C3/CustomerContactChannels, a global BPO with unique expertise in healthcare, until the firm was acquired by Singapore-based Everise.

In addition, he was the CEO of Aegis Communications group where he led the turnaround of the BPO from revenues of $50 mm to nearly $1 Billion during his 6-year tenure as well as other BPO leadership roles.

Rick has significant experience in performance optimization, global CX strategy, and has been an industry visionary for driving enhanced customer experiences since the inception of his career at 1-800 Flowers.
